Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.

We offer both free and paid (“Pro”) plans. Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, store, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or related systems.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our express written permission.

You retain all rights to the notes, files, and other content (“User Content”) you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Notezify a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you (for example, to sync your notes across your devices or to generate AI-powered summaries you request).

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it. We do not pre-screen User Content, but we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Notezify offers AI-powered writing assistance, summarization, and search features. These features are powered by third-party AI providers. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or biases. You should always review AI-generated suggestions before relying on them.

We do not use your User Content to train third-party AI models. Your content is sent to AI providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your specific request (e.g., rewriting a note you selected).

The Notezify name, logo, design, code, and all related branding are the exclusive property of Notezify. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data by contacting us within 30 days of termination.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notezify disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Notezify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty United States dollars (USD $50), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Notezify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice (such as an in-app banner or email). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Notezify operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
